In response to the booming demand for one-off modern farmhouse developer built homes KRSD provides a valuable insight into the design and sale points of "full scope" high-end custom residences. Modern farmhouse is a quickly developing style and will be introducing new textures and palettes this year. Exciting, we know! Take a look at the highly livable (quickly sold) residence that piqued our curiosity to just what can be accomplished when the designer is given the opportunity to assemble a prompt specification pack, delivered to site and executed by informed tradespeople, beautifully.
